英文摘要Optical-resolution photoacoustic microscopy (OR-PAM) plays an important role in the quantitative measurement of hemoglobin oxygen saturation (SO2) at a single vessel level. In this study, we reported that the relative angle between light illumination and ultrasonic detection could have a significant impact on the SO2 measurement. Both simulation and phantom studies were provided, and this result will help the system design and result interpretation of the functional OR-PAM.; Doctoral Fund of Ministry of Education of China [20130001110035]; National Key Instrumentation Development Project [2011YQ030114, 2013YQ030651]; National Science Foundation of China [30831160516]; SCI(E); ARTICLE; chli@pku.edu.cn; 10; 18
