英文摘要Recently,roll-to-roll(R2R) based fabrication technique, has been demonstrated as a promising method for mass production of organic solar cells(OSCs).However, most of these works were based on fullerene acceptors, and a few based on non-fullerene acceptors, which exhibited low power conversion efficiency(PCEs,generally < 1%).In addition, there have been no comparative study on fullerene and non-fullerene-based roll-coated devices. We fabricated flexible,large-area organic solar cells(OSCs) based on a blend of low-bandgap polymer donor PTB7-TH and non-fullerene small molecule acceptor IEIC via a roll-coating process under ambient atmosphere. Both an indium tin oxide(ITO)-free and flexible ITO substrates were employed in these inverted OSCs.OSCs with ITO-free and flexible ITO substrates exhibited PCEs up to 1.79%and 2.26%,respectively,which were comparable to the reference devices based on fullerene acceptor under the same conditions. This is the first example for all roll-coating fabrication procedures for flexible OSC...; 中国可再生能源学会光化学专业委员会; 221-221
