英文摘要One of the key problems in scientific visualization technology is how to efficiently build interpolation scheme and choose interpolation basis function. In this paper, the Natural Neighbor Interpolation (NNI) method based on C- basis function is described. Defined by a finite set of distinct data points of any planar domain, we can divide the plane into Voronoi cells and get the corresponding Delaunay triangulation. Using our efficient method, a complex data field with irregularly distributed data points can be reconstructed as a model with regular grid.
