英文摘要 | Both the piezoelectric and triboelectric effects can be utilized to design and realize high-performance nanogenerators. In addition, the structures of longitudinal piezoelectric nanogenerator (PENG) and single-electrode triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) show great similarity, which may bring possible combinations of these two types of nanogenerators. Here, the first theoretical investigation of the coupling between these two effects and the corresponding piezoelectric-triboelectric hybrid nanogenerators (PE-TENGs) are presented. The output performance of PE-TENGs with different structures, polarization directions, electrode connections, and the piezoelectric-triboelectric coupling modes, are systematically studied and compared, which provides a guidance for the purposely design of PE-TENGs. Moreover, experimental measurements of different PE-TENGs are further conducted and show high consistency with the numerical results.
