英文摘要 | To date, field emitters based on various nanomaterials have been considered for field emission displays, microwave sources and many more. However, emission property degrading irreversibly in low vacuum or oxygen environment becomes a serious problem because of ion back sputtering, physical etching and so on [1, 2]. As field emitters, tungsten oxides have attracted considerable attention owing to their promising physical and chemical properties such as chemically inert, robust and a relatively high melting temperature. In this paper, Quasi-aligned tungsten oxide (W18O49) nanowires were grown from commercially available tungsten powders in a horizontal tube furnace. And field emission (FE) performance of the prepared tungsten oxide was also studied. ? 2010 IEEE.; EI; 0 |
