英文摘要 | A cross-layer power control and interleaving combined mechanism is proposed to improve system performance for TD-SCDMA mobile satellite communication system. Fading, which consists fast fading and slow fading, has significant effect on system performance. In this paper, a close-loop and open-loop combined power control algorithm and a three layer interleaving scheme are used to overcome slow and fast fading in satellite environment, respectively.
