英文摘要 | The integration of biological materials with MEMS devices and the transduction of biological signals into electric signals provide opportunities for further study of biology. In this paper a specially designed piezoresistive cantilever sensor was monolithically integrated with electronic circuits for cell force detection. By self-assembling muscle cells on the sensors, the real-time detection of the biological re-sponses of the cell under a stimulus enables characterization of muscles' mechanical properties. The chip was accomplished and the piezoresistors were characterized on the probe station. Cardiomyocytes were also successfully self-assembled on the gold film anchored to a movable cantilever. ? 2008 CBMS.; EI; 0 |
