英文摘要 | Recently, DNA probes have shown its unique advantages in lead detection, such as low detection limit and selectivity [1,2]. Meanwhile, nanofluidic crystal has been reported as a universal sensing scheme based on nanofluidic electrokinetics [3]. Therefore, it is expected to build up a feasible lead sensor by combining the nanofluidic crystal scheme and the lead-sensitive DNA probe. In the work, we reported a nanofluidic crystal based chemical sensor for lead detection with a detection limit of 10 pM, which was 100 times lower than that of a fluorescence-based detection.; EI; 0 |
