英文摘要	This paper explores the basic theories of integration of informationization and industrialization, including the mechanism and connotation. To take Guangdong as an example, we fully analyze the current situation and question of integration of informationization and industrialization by field research and questionnaire survey. By means of constructing the quota system of informationization in Guangdong, seeking the important factors which influence the informationization of enterprise, the paper provides rational and prospective policy suggestions for the integration of informationization and industrialization in Guangdong, and also puts forward some useful measures for promoting the industrial upgrade, economic transition and achieving the economic sustainable development of Guangdong.
