英文摘要	How to develop the software process models that satisfy the organization's standards and the characteristics of software projects, and improve it continuously, is difficulty for software organizations. A process management tool named JBPM (Jade Bird Process Management) proposes a good solution for this issue. JBPM supports component based process development and hierarchical management mechanism which is illumined by CMM.
