英文摘要 | The Light Switchable Microelectrode Array (LSEMA) is a novel retinal prosthetic device, which has been proposed by our group previously. In this paper, the temperature rise of the LSMEA during the operation, which is of great importance to its biocompatibility, is simulated with COMSOL Multiphysics. We obtain both stationary and transient simulation results of current density distribution and related Joule heating. The results prove that the rise of temperature is small enough to avoid heat degeneration when implanted in vivo.; Engineering, Biomedical; Engineering, Electrical & Electronic; Nanoscience & Nanotechnology; EI; CPCI-S(ISTP); 0 |
