Equivalent Circuit Representation of Resonant Accelerometer

英文摘要The equivalent RLC circuit for the resonant accelerometer is described in detail, which shows that equivalent circuit contains two variable capacitances and two variable resistances due to the acceleration and amplitude. Using the electromechanical coupling factor presented here and the mode function of the transverse deflection vibration of the double clamped beam, the equivalent circuit parameters related to the size of the accelerometer and the drive voltage are derived.
