中文摘要	本文采用区域经济学、经济地理学、城市科学的相关理论对新疆口岸的发展模式以定性和定量相结合的方式进行了实证研究。总体上本文是以全疆国家一类口岸为研究背景，以北疆铁路沿线口岸为重点，以阿拉山口区域为实例，从空间、产业、城市化三个方面来进行探讨。全文共分六个章节，其中三、四、五章为重点，具体来说有以下几个方面：第一部分对对口岸的时间演化过程和口岸的空间布局类型进行了归类；介绍了国外口岸发展的经验和我国学者对口岸发展的相关研究；总结了口岸发展所以需要的理论依据。第二部分分析了新疆国家一类口岸的发展的背景、地缘优势和地位，分布与种类，及发展水平差异；并对北疆铁路沿线的阿拉山口、霍尔果斯、巴克图及乌鲁木齐等重点口岸的区位条件、现状特点、地位作用进行了阐述。第三部分首先分析了区域双核模式的形成机理以及新疆口岸发展的非流域双核现象，然后通过位势潜能的模型计算得出全疆性乌昌都市圈一阿拉山口区域的双核模式的培育方向，并以此为基础构建了新疆向西开放的T型发展轴。第四部分针对口岸区域空间发展与沿海沿江的差距，提出发展外向型产业和建立出口加工产业园区，并进行了实证研究，选定区域为阿拉山口区域。通过产业环境与外向型经济分析和建立出口加正区区位的评价指标体系，确立出口加工区的落址及园区的产业配置。第五部分针对阿拉山日区域进行实证研丸分析了该区域口岸经济对口岸区域城市化的驱动作用，通过口岸的各项指标与力岸的人臼、空间、产业各项城市化指标进行相关分析，并以此为基础提出白岸区域城市化发展的策略。最后，对本篇论文的主要研究结果以及存在的问题进行了讨论。The related theories in this article are from the district economics, economic geography and urban science and this demonstration research about Xinjiang's port region development combining the method of fixing quantify and determining the nature. In this article the background of the national port of whole Xinjiang is for studying, and along the line ports with the north iron are important parts, with the Alataw pass district being a solid example. From the space, industry and urbanization three aspects comes proceeding to study. The Ml text totally is divided into six chapters, among them three, four and five chapters are points, concrete to say that have below a few aspects: The first part is right evolved the process to set up the type with the ports' space to proceeds to categorize to them ; Introduced the abroad ports the experience that develop with the related research to develop to ports of our country's scholars; need basis theories that the ports development needed. The second part analyzed the development's background, characteristic of national ports in Xinjiang, the advantage with the position, and distribute with the category, and development of the level difference; Focus on Alataw pass, Huoerguosi, Baketu and Wulumuqi ports which are along the line of north Xinjiang railroad The present condition, the characteristic, position and the function are talked about in it. The third part analyzed the formation of the regional dual-nuclei structure and the non-drainage regional dual-nuclei structure in Xinjiang. Through a mathematical mode this paper calculates the main development direction of Wulumuqi-Alataw pass. Regarding this as the foundation it set up Xinjiang's T pattern development axis and it facing to the middle-Asian countries. The forth part analysis the distance of regional dual-nuclei structure between east and west. Based on this it refers to develop the industry and set up the industry district. In this paper we focus on the Alataw pass region. Through the economic analysis of property environment and evaluation index sign system we ensure the location of export industry district and refer some suggestions on how to develop it. The fifth part aims at the Alataw pass district to proceed the demonstration research. Analyzed the driving action that the district's port economy to port district's urbanization. Through various index signs of the ports and the port region urbanization index including population, space and property of the port's to do the related analysis. And we regard this as the foundation of bringing up strategy of urbanization of the port district. Finally, this paper summarizes main conclusion about this thesis and the problems in it.
