英文摘要The metal lost to waste deposits during the print circuit board (PCB) production is a potentially important component of the technological resource cycle. Follow the dramatically development of electronic industry, China becomes the biggest PCB producer in the world. Because of the complex manufacturing process, including electroplating, chemical plating, etching, pattern transfer(fixing and developing) and so on, all those lead to huge amount industrial water demanding and large sewage producing which contains high copper and other organic/heavy metal residuals. With more consideration for the environment protection and resources recycle, call for comprehensive utilization of those heavy metals effluents, so that sewage treatment, precious metal recovery and water reuse were very meaningful tasks. Membrane technique such as reverse osmosis (RO) can increase the concentration of heavy metal pollutants in effluents water; make heavy metals easy for electro-deposition. Combination those two techniques, electronic circuit industry wastewater can be treated effectively, recovery of heavy metals in wastewater at the same time implementation the real means of the water reuse. In this paper, PCB wastewater treatment was carried out by secondary treatment with ultra low pressure RO membrane and 3D electro-winning devices to investigate heavy metals remove and recovery performance changing with pressure, pH, temperature, current density. Operating stability of ultra low pressure membrane and the possibility of water reuse is also discussed.; EI; 0
