英文摘要Vegetation green up reflects climate impact on landscape, thus monitoring this phenomenon is of crucial importance. This paper develops a bottom-up model to derive green up date using satellite data and ground observations to rebuild green up pattern in Inner Mongolia and analyzes relationships between phenology and climatic factors. The results show that (1) the green up thresholds mostly are at the point where Vegetation Index (VI) begins to increase, and are highly positive correlate with the maxim VI (R-2 = 0.73, Conversion Index=0.243), which means the satellite could effectively obtain green up signals; (2) The bottom-up model which coupled ground observation and satellite data has passed 0.001 significance test; (3) Grass green up spatial pattern changes each year, and temperature and precipitation both influence green up date (P<0.05). Higher temperature and more precipitation in spring lead to earlier green up date, but the mechanism is uncertain in complex meteorological condition.; Tianjin Science and Technology Planning Project [14TXGCCX00015]; CPCI-S(ISTP); 1348-1351
