英文摘要	从协同发展理论出发构建城市生态文明评价方法，采用协调度模型、多因素综合评价法、自组织映射等方法对国家首批生态文明示范区中的21个地级市2008—2012年的生态文明综合水平、子系统之间的协调程度和发展阶段进行实证研究。结果表明，我国生态文明建设还处于起步阶段，生态文化、生态制度建设尚不健全。从协同发展的视角评价城市生态文明水平，能够更好地规避传统评价方法因单一影响因素优异而带来的结果误差，也能更好地反映城市生态文明建设动态演进过程和可持续发展能力。; T his paper is aimed at establishing a new evaluation method of city ecological civilization based on the theory of synergistic development . Taking the 21 first demonstration areas as examples , we evaluated their levels of city ecological civilization between the year 2008 to 2012 and the extent of coordination between the subsystems with the synergisticity model , multivariate index evaluation and SOFM . The results show that the culture and political system are lacked in our ecological civilization construction for now . Moreover , the new method could do much better not only to avoid the errors due to the excellent single factor , but also to reflect the dynamic evolution process of urban ecological civilization development than the traditional ones .; 国土资源部公益性行业科研专项资助项目; 中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU); 中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC); 4; 92-97
