Selenium doping NaCl-type superconductor: SnAs1-xSex (x=0-0.13)

英文摘要Selenium doped NaCl-type superconductor SnAs1-xSex (x=0-0.13) were made through solid state reaction. EDS results show that Se content increases with Se doping until over doped in SnAs0.9Se0.1 and SnAs0.87Se0.13 (around 2.7%). PXRD patterns confirmed the main phase of the six doped samples are SnAs. The cell parameters of doped SnAs were calculated using Rietveld refinements. Their cell parameters increase almost linearly with x until x reaches 13%. Single crystal diffraction measurement results show that there are no interstitial atom in doped SnAs. We conclude that Se atoms are substitutional atoms in SnAs. The superconducting onset temperatures (T-c(onset), under a magnetic field of 10 Oe) of SnAs increased from 3.8 K to 4.5 K by 10% Se doping. rho-T curves of 1%, 5% and 10% Se doped samples show that all the three samples are metallic.
