英文摘要In this report the separation selectivity of carboxyethyl-beta-cyclodextrin (CE-beta-CD) and carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin (CM-beta-CD) for some chiral test drugs was examined. By using CE-beta-CD as selector, nine out of 38 test drugs were resolved with resolutions greater than 0.9. By replacing CE-beta-CD with CM-beta-CD another four drugs were reserved of which only verapamil had been previously separated with CE-beta-CD.
