英文摘要Magnesium titanate (MgTiO3) is a good microwave ceramic material because of its low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and small temperature coefficient of resonant frequency. To prepare pure MgTiO3, it is necessary to keep the Mg:Ti ratio equal to 1 and to ensure that the materials are mixed homogeneously. An improved chemical co-precipitation method to prepare pure MgTiO3 is described. Ti(SO4)2 and MgSO4 are used as starting materials. During precipitation, the pH in the reaction system is maintained at ??12 by adding NaOH solution. In this condition, Mg2+ and Ti4+ in the solution can be precipitated simultaneously to ensure that Mg2+ and Ti4+ species are mixed homogeneously.; Materials Science, Multidisciplinary; SCI(E); EI; 18; ARTICLE; 19; 1570-1572; 16
