英文摘要1,3-diphenyl-5-(2-pyrenyl)-2-pyrazoline (DPP) has been synthesized and used as the emitter material in the electroluminescence (EL) devices. The blue emission from DPP in the indium-tin-oxide (ITO)/diamine/DPP/8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum (ALQ)/Al device is electric strength dependent and is explained by the electron tunneling injection model. The energy levels used in this model were determined by thin film electrochemistry.
