英文摘要TiO2 nanotubes arrays prepared by anodization have attracted great attention due to their application in dye-sensitized solar cells, photoelectrochemical splitting of water, sensors. Free-standing TiO2 nanotubes membrane have some advantages comparing with that on the Ti substrate, which may have much more applications. A facile method was introduced to prepare large scale free-standing TiO2 nanotubes membrane through ultrasonication, and the membrane was characterized with SEM, XRD, UV-visible light transmittance and Raman spectroscopy.; 0
