英文摘要Crystalline ZnAl2O4 nanotubes and nanonets are produced by interfacial reaction growth at the exterior and interior surfaces of an anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) template via the reaction between Al2O3 and ZnO (see figure). Afterwards, a thick ZnO nanonet grows epitaxially on the crystalline ZnAl2O4 nanonet because of their perfect lattice matching.
