英文摘要We developed a perovskite solar cell based on GO/PEDOT:PSS bimolecular layer as hole transfer material.The hole transmission layer can effectively improve the device filling factor and reduce leakage current through effective extraction of holes and effective shielding of electrons.Eventually we increased the device efficiency from 11.4% to 14.1%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
