英文摘要The nuclear body paraspeckle is built on the lncrna neat1 and plays important role's in gene regulation. in this issue, west et al. (2016. j. cell biol. http://dx.doi.org/10.1083/jcb.201601071) use super-resolution structured illumination microscopy to show that paraspeckles are organized in a core-shell spheroidal structure composed of neat1 and seven proteins.
