英文摘要	Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (sfts) is a fatal viral infection that is an important health problem in china, japan, and korea. sfts is characterized by gastrointestinal symptoms, fever, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and multi-organ dysfunction. to our knowledge, patient with sfts complicated with polyuria has never been reported and sfts related-kidney involvement was remained largely uninvestigated. we present a case of sfts complicated with fever, polyuria, increased cystatin c (cysc) and urinary beta(2)-microglobulin (beta(2)-m) level, and a low electrolyte level.
