英文摘要 | When the tube section is tilted relative to the camera lens, the shape and size of the tube will be distorted, resulting in dimensional measurement failure.In this paper, a visual measurement algorithm for circular tube size is proposed. Based on the basic principle of optical imaging and the corresponding geometric relation, a correction model is found to realize the correction of shape distortion, which can accurately measure the inner and outer diameters of the tube section and inclination.The experimental results show that the algorithm can accurately measure the inclination angle,and the measurement error within 1°. It can also accurately measure the inner and outer diameters of the circular pipe with different inclination angles, and the measurement error is within 2 pixels. |
