英文摘要 | In recent years, we focus on the synthesis, surface modification, and bioapplications of black phosphorus (BP), a new 2D nanomaterial. Representative results are listed as below: 1) New methods for the synthesis of BP nanosheets and quantum dots were developed, and it was revealed that the BPs exhibited strong near-infrared absorption and high photothermal conversion ability; 2) The degradation mechanism of BPs was elucidated, and a new method to control its degradation and achieve optical performance stability was established; 3) A new biodegradable photothermal agent based on BP was developed, and multiple methods to improve the efficacy of photothermal therapy were established; 4) The biological effect of BP nanosheets and the use of BP nanosheets for drug delivery was investigated. These results suggest the great potential of BP in biomedical applications. |
