英文摘要We reported a low-cost and facile method to deposit nanostructured metal layer for micro electrode array(MEA), by growing platinum nanowires (PtNW) in situ on patterned polydopamine (PDA) film. Compared with traditional metal patterning processes like such as sputtering/evaporation and lift-off, this method has advantages of simple process, low cost and improved adhesion between the metal layer and Si substrate using PDA as the buffer layer. The PDA/PtNW demonstrated good biocompatibility and low square impedance down to 6±1.5 Ω/□ and remained almost unchanged after the mechanical stability testing.
