英文摘要 | Advancement in medical devices and communication technologies have attracted every corner of smart healthcare to efficiently and economically transmission of medical information using wireless body sensor networks (WBSNs). Moreover, in recent times, unmanned aerial vehicles are also developed for facilitating telehealthcare. One of the severe challenges to smart healthcare is that patient’s data is highly sensitive, so its secure transmission is a paramount requirement. This research aims to highlight discussion on secure and safe communications in remote healthcare applications. Moreover, this study also elaborates security threats in healthcare systems that pose several risks to the patient’s information. Lastly, paper reveals the several open research challenges that are essential to be explored for future security mechanisms in WBSNs. |
