英文摘要 | Located in the northeastern Gonghe basin, the Qiabuqia geothermal area is one of the most important areas with exploration and development potential of Hot Dry Rock (HDR) geothermal resources in China. Although large quantities of geophysical exploration work have been made since 2013, the study of the present-day geothermal field remains scarce. Based on the steady-state temperature data of four HDR boreholes and thermal conductivities from 81 core samples, four terrestrial heat-flow values are calculated in this study. It turns out that the temperature gradients of basal granite vary from 39.0 similar to 45.2 degrees C.km(-1) with an average value of 41. 3 degrees C.km(-1), and the terrestrial heat flow ranges from 93.3 similar to 111.0 mW.m(-2), with a mean of 102.2 mW.m(-2). Compared to the main craton basins (such as the Qaidam basin, Sichuan basin and Ordos basin) and Cenozoic rift basins (such as the Bohai Bay basin) in Chinese mainland, the study area appears to be a local thermal anomalous area with high temperature gradients and high heat flow under the relatively high regional background of heat flow in the Tibetan plateau. Such a high thermal anomaly may suggest the existence of a possible hot source body (magma chamber) at a shallow depth (no greater than 20 km) beneath the Gonghe basin. |
