中文摘要The one-step oxidation of propane into acrylic acid over MoVTeNbO mixed oxide is one of the recent challenges in selective oxidation field and has attracted many research interests. It has been claimed that two phases, called M1 and M2, having orthorhombic and pseudo-hexagonal structures, respectively, are necessary for obtaining high catalytic performance. However, due to the difference in the preparation methods, significant divergences are found in the literature when comparing samples of the nominally identical MoVTeNbO catalyst obtained by different routes. For this reason, both the multi-phase catalyst and the M1 phase-pure catalyst, owning the same precursor, were successfully prepared. In particular, M1 phase-pure catalyst was obtained, for the fist time, by especial reaction treatment (C3H8+air+stream) of the multi-phase catalyst. In addition, aiming the better understanding of the phase transformation in the multi-phase MoVTeNbO catalyst, M2 phase-pure catalyst was also successfully prepared and treated under the same conditions as the multi-phase MoVTeNbO catalyst. According to the XRD pattern of the multi-phase MoVTeNbO catalyst, it was found that two active phases, including M1 and M2, and other minor impurity phases were observed. Upon treated by reaction mixture gas, however, it was observed that reflections from M2 phase and other impurity phases disappeared completely and M1 phase-pure catalyst was obtained, indicating that M2 phase had lower reaction stability than M1 phase under the rigorous reaction atmosphere. The XRD pattern of the pure M2 catalyst further confirmed this assumption, in which it could be found that M2 phase-pure catalyst was metastable and easier to be transformed into other phases after an especial reaction treatment. The data from catalytic reactions showed that the catalytic performance was strongly dependent on the phase structure of the catalyst. For the multi-phase MoVTeNbO catalyst with active M1 and M2 phase, the highest conversion of propane was achieved, suggesting that the synergetic effect between M1 and M2 phase was favorable to the activation of the propane. On the other hand, M1 phase-pure catalyst exhibited higher selectivity to acrylic acid than the multi-phase MoVTeNbO catalyst itself, especially, in which the suppression of COx formation was obviously observed. This means the formation of acrylic acid is more favored on the pure M1 phase catalyst than on the multi-phase catalyst. Considering that the highest yield of acrylic acid close to 42% was achieved over M1 phase-pure catalyst, it could be concluded that the reaction-treatment of multi-phase MoVTeNbO catalyst was an effective, successful method for preparing M1 phase-pure catalyst, for which more excellent catalytic performance was obtained.
