中文摘要	marine sponges (porfera) are important resources for microorganism diversity, and it associated microorganism oriented enzymes has advantages to screen. by constructing sponge associated microorganism dna library and screening the library with primers or probes designed according to the structural information of natural products, the enzyme gene library can be established and enzyme can also be expressed. microorganisms ,both culturable and unculturable will be fully inspected and the enzyme producing strain will be obtained.
