英文摘要 | A concise and practical approach for synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted oxazole has been developed via a TsOH(p-Methylbenzene sulfonic acid)/I2-mediated tandem dehydrogenation oxidative cyclization of phenylacetylene and benzylamine. Desired products in high yields have been obtained. |
