英文摘要光学相干层析成像技术(Optical Coherence Tomography, OCT)是基于低相干干涉原理,对物体断层进行成像的一种分析技术,具有无损、分辨率高,灵敏度高,成像速度快等优点。作为科技考古领域中的一项新兴技术,OCT技术受到了国内外科技考古工作者的广泛关注。本论文以河南省宝丰县清凉寺窑遗址出土宋金元时期青瓷、汝钧瓷、富铁釉瓷为研究对象,利用OCT技术,并结合X射线荧光光谱分析技术(XRF)、激光拉曼光谱分析技术(LRS)、扫描电镜分析技术(SEM-EDS)、超景深光学显微镜(OM)等分析技术,系统获取了瓷器釉层的物理结构、胎釉化学成分、物相结构和微观形貌等物理化学信息,探讨了基于瓷釉OCT图像特征对不同类型瓷器进行分类的适用性,从材料学角度阐释了瓷器釉层OCT图像特征形成及差异产生的原因,进而分析了不同类型瓷器烧制工艺。另外,对比研究了清凉寺汝窑遗址以及汝窑中心烧造区出土的汝瓷及其他瓷器标本与清凉寺窑址出土瓷器标本之间的差异。本论文研究内容具体包含以下几个方面: (1)首先利用光学相干层析成像技术(OCT)获取了河南省宝丰清凉寺窑址出土宋金元时期的青瓷、钧瓷及富铁釉瓷样品的釉层物理结构OCT灰度图像,分析了不同类型釉层OCT图像的特征差异,并根据OCT图像特征对样品釉层进行定性分类。然后利用图像纹理分析技术对釉层OCT图像进行量化表征,并根据所确定的纹理特征参数对釉层进行主成分分析(PCA)。同时将基于OCT图像纹理特征分析的釉层分类结果与基于原始OCT图像特征的釉层分类进行比较,探索不同纹理分析方法对基于OCT图像的釉层分类的适用性。 (2)利用X射线荧光光谱分析技术(XRF)获取了样品的胎釉化学成分信息,然后根据釉层化学成分对样品釉层进行分类,并将分类结果与基于OCT图像的釉层分类结果进行比较,探讨釉层OCT图像结构特征与釉料配方之间的联系。同时结合扫描电子显微镜技术(SEM-EDS)及激光拉曼光谱技术(LRS)对青瓷釉层OCT图像中散射相的化学成分及物相结构进行进一步的研究分析。 (3)结合光学显微镜(OM)、激光拉曼光谱技术(LRS)和X射线荧光光谱分析技术(XRF) 对河南省宝丰清凉寺窑址出土宋金时期富铁釉瓷的釉表面和断面显微结构、釉表面析晶的物相信息及胎釉化学成分等信息进行了研究,探讨了富铁釉瓷的釉层OCT灰度图像特征与其显微结构之间的关系以及富铁釉瓷的烧制工艺。并与宝清汝窑遗址元代黑釉瓷样品的化学成分特征进行对比分析研究,进而探讨河南省出土不同区域黑釉瓷的断源断代相关问题。 (4)利用光学显微镜(OM)和X射线荧光光谱分析技术(XRF)等获取了河南省宝丰清凉寺窑址出土北宋及近现代汝瓷的釉面显微特征以及胎釉化学成分,并结合汝瓷的釉层OCT图像特征初步探讨了釉层显微结构对釉面呈色效果的重要影响。同时对比分析了不同区域汝瓷和类汝瓷之间显微结构与化学成分的差异。; Optical Coherence Tomography is an analytical technology for imaging of object’s layer based on the principle of low-coherence interference is a non-destructive testing technology, which has the advantages of non-destructive、high resolution、high sensitivity and rapid imaging. As an emerging technology in science and technology archaeology, OCT has received attention from science and technology archaeologists at home and abroad. In this paper, celadon、Jun porcelain and Iron rich porcelain which are dated to Song、Jin and Yuan dynasty and excavated from Qingliangsi site in Baofeng county, Henan province, Ru porcelain, one part of which are dated to Northern Song dynasty and modern and excavated from Qingliangsi site in Baofeng county and the another part of which dated to Northern Song and Yuan dynasty and excavated from Ru site in Baofeng county as well as Similar to Ru porcelain are used as the research object, and the OCT has been applied to obtain the physical structure information of glaze layer ,then used digital picture processing technique, especially gray-scale image texture analysis, to study the applicability of image texture analysis to OCT image analysis of glaze and explore the classification of porcelain based on Optical Coherence Tomography. And the reasons for formation and difference of OCT image has been explained in view of materials science by the usage of XRF、OM and LRS. Moreover, the physical and chemical information and the firing process of different types of porcelain have been discussed. The main contents of this dissertation are listed as the follows: (1)Firstly, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is used to obtain OCT images of glaze layers of Celadon、Jun porcelains and iron rich porcelain which are dated to Jin and Yuan dynasty and excavated from Qingliangsi site in Baofeng county, Henan province, and the characteristics of OCT images of glaze in different kind is analyzed, meanwhile, the glaze layers are classified qualitatively according to the characteristics of OCT images of glaze layers. Then, the image texture analysis technique is used to characterize the OCT images of glaze layer quantitatively, and principal component analysis (PCA) is performed based on the image texture parameters determined by the image texture analysis technique. At the same time, the classification results based on OCT image texture feature are compared with those based on the original OCT images feature to study the applicability of image texture analysis to glaze classification based on OCT images. (2) X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) is used to obtain the chemical composition of glaze and body of the sample. Then the glaze layer are classified according to the chemical composition of glaze and the classification results is compared with that according to OCT images to study the relations between OCT images feature and chemical compositions of glaze. Meanwhile, the chemical compositions and phase structure of the scattering phase in celadon glaze are analyzed by SEM-EDS and LRS. (3) Optical microscope (OM) combined with laser Raman spectroscopy (LRS) and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) is used to study the image of microscopic appearance and section structure of iron rich glaze, the phase information of crystal and chemical composition of glaze and body of iron rich porcelain, which dated to Song and Jin dynasty and excavated from Qingliangsi site in Baofeng county, Henan province. And the relationship between the OCT image and microstructure of section of glaze layer and the firing process of iron rich porcelain are discussed. The chemical composition characteristics of black porcelain dated to Song dynasty were compared with black porcelain which are dated to Yuan dynasty and excavated from Ru site in Baofeng county, and the problems of place and period decision of black porcelain from different sites in Henan province has also been discuss. (4) Optical microscope (OM) and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) is applied to analyze the microscopic appearance and chemical composition of glaze and body of the Ru porcelain dated to Northern Song dynasty and modern and excavated from Qingliangsi site in Baofeng county, and the influence of microscopic appearance upon coloring effect of glaze has been studied based on the OCT images and microscopic appearance. Moreover, the characteristics and differences of microstructure and chemical composition between Ru porcelain from difference sites has been compared as well as Ru porcelain and similar to Ru porcelain.
