英文摘要Antiplatelet agents are one kinds of cornerstones in the prophylaxis of cardiovascular events such as stroke for hypertensive patients. However, these drugs were found to increase the bleeding risk especially gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Considering this, the concurrent use of antacids with antiplatelet agents had been widely discussed and studied. However, the results were often contradictory indicating us more systematic analyses were needed from medical big data level in order to describe the clinical situation accurately. The purpose of the present study was to compare and analyze the characters of treatment with different “antacid- antiplatelet agent” pairs on three hypertensive population of Shenzhen, China. A combined medicine score was designed to evaluate the effects antacids and antiplatelet agents brought. Results showed that the combinations of antacids and antiplatelet agents were common in hypertensive patients with or without complications such as stroke and anemia. The proton pump inhibitors were more widely used than histamine-2 receptor antagonists cyclooxygenase inhibitor in both prevention and treatment fields indicating that these drugs played neither positive nor negative effects on the cardiovascular events of hypertensive patients. This study may provide a reference for the treatments of hypertensive patients in clinic since it was a new prospect from the medical big data level.
