英文摘要Based on an extended effective-medium approach model, we investigate the giant magnetoresistance effect in systems of spherical or cylindrical ferromagnetic granular films, and give an analytical expression for the giant magnetoresistance of these systems. Our result is in agreement with the observed dependence of the giant magnetoresistance on size and volume fraction of the ferromagnetic granules. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics.
