中文摘要本发明涉及一种抓取排序装置,具体地说是一种能够将杂乱无序的圆柱状物体抓取并排列成序的循环拾取排序装置,包括入料带、循环作业台和出料带,其中所述循环作业台的两端分别设置于入料带和出料带上方,在所述循环作业台上设有多个行走机构,在每个行走机构上均设有抓取机构,在入料带上侧设有检测工件位置的第一视觉检测相机,抓取机构通过所述第一视觉检测相机发出信号控制闭合,在所述出料带上侧设有检测工件放置位置的第二视觉检测相机,抓取机构通过所述第二视觉检测相机发出信号控制张开。本发明能够将杂乱无序的圆柱状物体抓取并自动排列成序,大大提高作业效率。

英文摘要The invention claims a grasping ordering device specifically a which can make the disorderly without sequence of cylinder-shaped objects and are arranged into gripping circular pick-up program ordering device includes the material with circulation work table and the material belt wherein the circulating work table the two ends are respectively set on the feed belt and the material discharging belt the upper part of the circulating work table is equipped with a plurality of walking mechanism in each running mechanism are set on the grasping mechanism the feeding belt is set on the upper side of detecting position of the work piece the first visual detecting is grasping mechanism through said first visual detecting camera sends signal to control the closing the material discharging belt is set on the detected working piece placement position of the second visual detecting is grasping mechanism through the second visual detecting camera sends signal to control open. The invention can make the disorderly without sequence of cylindrical object gripping and automatic arranging order to greatly improve the work efficiency.
