It comprises fixed bracket executing mechanism the upper limit block lower limiting block the locating sleeve opening and closing of the locating component and traction part of the fixed bracket is set on the inclined planes at the upper limit block and lower limit block and fixing bracket is connected to open and close of the locating component is set on fixing bracket which is located at the upper limited block and lower limiting block is set between the executing mechanism is set on fixing supporting frame and the output end of the opening and closing of the locating component is hinged with the locating sleeve is set on the locating object is connected with the towing piece the executing mechanism is used to control the opening and closing of location component opened and closed so as to realize opening and closing of the locating component the locating sleeve the locating. The invention has simple structure it can bear rather huge load the positioning and loose is convenient and quick.
