英文摘要	Petroleum is the main energy in the energy structure in most countries, while the coal is the main energy in our country, which is based on the characteristics (rich in coal, poor in oil and gas) in the fossil energy. As the ceaseless development of reforming and opening, with rapid economic and social development in China, the requirement of the fossil energy rises increasingly, thus the exploration and exploitation in second deep space of crust interior of coal resource should be considered at once. There are many difficulties in the exploiting process, it is necessary to adopt high and new technology in order to prevent disaster and improve synthetical utilization efficiency of coal resource. Based on analysis of the major energy-coal in China, in this article, we concentrate on the following six topics: 1) Energy situation and policy of China; 2) Demand of fossil energy, production and consumption of coal; 3) Production, utilization, demand, potential reserves and existing problems of Chinese and global coal resource; 4)Exploration, exploitation and application of high techniques of coal; 5) Coal's efficient utilization and it's irreplaceable character in the energy structure of China; 6) The inevitable path of coal demand in second deep space of crust interior in the development of China.
