英文摘要A lot of satellite researchers focus on single event effect nowadays and few pay attention to LET (Linear Energy Transaction) spectrum although it is more important. The emulated radiation model is far different from the real thing. A high-precision radiation LET spectrum detector on middle/high orbit satellite is proposed in this paper for the lack of studies on space radiation LET spectrum. This instrument is the most precise with the widest detecting range at present. It integrates high-energy electrons, protons and heavy ion LET spectrum measurement together. From observing LET spectrum of charged particles, solar protons and galactic cosmic ray, we can fix the radiation models. Furthermore, we can evaluate the margin of chips radiation defense beyond the models’ data. This paper presents the special technologies applied, such as wide detecting range and low noise and the first pre-flight calibration results for the new instruments.
