英文摘要To prepare the denture base resin containing negative ion powder and analyze the effect of mechanical properties of denture base resin with different contents of negative ion powder for clinical application. 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% (wt) negative ion powder were respectively added to denture base resin, its tensile strength, flexural strength, compressive strength, micro-hardness, impact strength and surface morphology were evaluated by Instron universal testing machine, Micro-hardness tester, CEAST impact Tester and Scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that the mechanical properties of composite materials increased firstly and then decreased with the contents of the negative ions powder were increasing, the optimal values for applying in denture base resin were found when the content of negative ion powder was 2% wt. SEM showed negative ion powder was evenly distributed in the denture base resin. Taken together, our results revealed that the denture base resin containing negative ion powder was successfully prepared, and the mechanical properties were improved to a certain degree.
