太行刺皮瘿螨(Aculops taihangensis Hong & Xue)对臭椿生长及生理生化指标的影响

英文摘要研究了太行刺皮瘿螨Aculops taihangensis对臭椿生长及其叶片中光合色素、游离氨基酸、脯氨酸及可溶性蛋白质含量的影响.研究表明,试验30 d时,对照组株高平均增长23.3%,单株总叶片数平均增加252%;而该瘿螨危害的植株平均增长率仅为1%,单株总叶片数平均增长85.4%,均显著低于对照.太行刺皮瘿螨危害后可引起顶芽和叶片脱落,第61 d时顶芽脱落率达70%,第70 d时落叶率达54%.随危害时间延长,叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量均明显低于对照组;游离氨基酸与可溶性蛋白质含量均表现为短期内含量迅速升高,随危害时间都延长逐渐降低,并最终低于对照,但脯氨酸含量始终高于对照.安全寄主测试表明,太行刺皮瘿螨仅取食臭椿,而对香椿、鸦胆子、芒果、刺槐等10几种测试寄主均无危害.; The effects of Aculops taihangensis on the morphology indexes, contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein , free amino acid and free proline of the tree of heaven, Ailanthus altissima, were investingated in this study. The results showed that the growth rate of the tree of heaven damaged by A. taihangensis was significantly slower than the health control group. On the 30~(th) day after the treatment, the height and the number of total leaves of damaged plant increased only by 1% and 85.4% , respectively, while the control increased by 23.3% and 252%, respectively. Damaged leaves started to fall down after 20 days, and the buds of the plant become dry and then dropped. The buds of 70% individual damaged plants dropped off after 60 days and 54% of leaves fell down after 70 days. The content of chlorophyll in the injured leaves was obviously lower than the control, but the contents of soluble protein and free amino acid were higher than the control during the first 25 days, and then become lower than the control. The content of free proline in the leaves of damaged trees, however, was significantly higher than control during the most of experiment time. The range of hosts test showed that the A. taihangensis only feed on the tree of heaven, but not on Toona sinensis, Brucea javanica{ Linn) , Mangifera indi-ca, Robinia pseudoacacia L and other eight tested species.
