黄顶菊浸提液对玉米幼苗生长及其根尖显微结构的影响

英文摘要用蒸馏水浸提黄顶菊新鲜植株并经过蒸发和稀释后得到0.1 gDW/mL、0.05 gDW/mL和0.01 gDW/mL三种不同浓度的水提液。用三种浓度浸提液和蒸馏水(对照)分别处理无土栽培玉米幼苗后测定幼苗的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖以及脯氨酸含量。结果表明,不同浓度处理后每个生理指标存在非常显著的差异,处理第16 d,对照中可溶性蛋白含量达到5.58μg/g.FW,而处理中可溶性蛋白均低于1μg/g·FW。可溶性糖类和脯氨酸变化趋势基本一致,对照中,可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均低于处理,且随着处理时间,增幅均小于9%,而处理中可溶性糖类增幅达到45%以上,脯氨酸增幅为30%左右。观察处理后幼苗根尖结构,发现经黄顶菊浸提液处理后根系表皮脱落细胞很多,根冠顶部细胞干瘪,部分脱落,尤其在顶部表层细胞,很多仅剩下空的细胞腔。由于这些变化使的玉米幼苗生长活性显著降低或几乎完全丧失。; The corn seeds were treated with 3 concentrations(0.1,0.05 and 0.01 gDW/mL) of water extract of the fresh yellow-top aerial part,compared with water.Experimental results showed that 3 different F.bidentis aqueous extracts have strong inhibition to the soluble protein,soluble sugar and proline of maize Seedling.The inhibition effects will be stronger along with the increasing concentration of F.bidentis leaves water extracting.The soluble protein is under 1 μg/g·FW after being measured,and it can reach 5.58 μg/g·FW being controlled.Soluble sugar and proline have the same trend,and growing rate controlled is below 9%.The content of measured is more than controlled along the whole time.The growing rate of soluble sugar comes up to above 45% and the growing rate of proline is about 30%.Moreover,root tip of maize Seedling with being measured has a lot of skin excoriation cells,and the top cells are dry up.There are many empty cells.those were the reasons that lead to lower maize seedling vigor of the measured corn.
