英文摘要	针对目前我国生物农药产业发展中存在的一些问题，如概念、标准、安全、应用及生产中的关键技术问题进行了分析讨论，提出了对策和建议。提出：①应该制定我国生物农药中长期指导性规划，加强部门的宏观管理；②加强研究开发力度，加速生物农药产品的创制；③促进产业规模化，打造我国生物农药的龙头企业；④加强企业与科研单位的联合，提升生物农药生产企业的整体技术水平；⑤加强政府对生物农药重点品种的支持力度，促进生物农药产业品种的结构调整。; Aiming at some problems such as concept, standard, security, application and key techniques for production existing in the bio-pesticide industry that impede the development in China, by analyzing and discussing, some countermeasure suggestions were put forward, as follows： ①to establish the middle and long-term guiding plans for the bio-pesticide industry, strengthen macroscopical administration from correlative government departments; ②to improve the R＆D, hasten the development of bio-pesticide products; ③to increase the scale of this industry and forge some leading enterprises; ④to strengthen the union of enterprises with research institutes, hoist whole technical level of enterprises ;⑤ to increase the support from governments at various levies to important products, and accelerate the structural modification of the variety of bio-pesticide products.
