英文摘要利用4%增效农抗120水剂,针对苹果轮纹病、苹果轮斑病、苹果炭疽病和梨黑星病4种病害开展了室内和田间试验.对苹果轮纹病菌、炭疽病菌和轮斑病菌的室内抑菌试验采用平板稀释法测定,对梨黑星病菌采用孢子萌发法测定.室内对4种病菌的EC50分别为1.92、5.56、17.14、4.36mg/L.田间试验结果:4%增效农抗120浓度为68mg/L防治4种病害的效果分别为75.33%、90.16%、73.22%、81.61%,均高于对照药剂多菌灵560mg/L防治4种病害的效果.; Agricultural Antibiotic 120 (AA120) 4% aqueous solution, developed by Institute of Bio-logical Control of CAAS, has positive effect on four leaf diseases of apple and pear trees: Physalospora piricola, Glomerella cingulata, Alternaria mali and Venturia pyrina in lab and fields. The meth-ods of efficacy trial in lab were dilution method and spore germination method. According to China's National Standard GB/T17980-2000, the efficacy trial was done in Henan and Shanxi province. The EC50 of this new product to the four diseases were respectively 1.92, 5. 56, 17.14 and 4.36mg/L in lab. The effect of 68mg/L AA120 on the four diseases were respectively 75.33%, 90.16%, 73.22%, 81.61% in fields. The effect of 50mg/L AA120 on them were respectively 66.67%, 86.53% , 66.52% and 79.31% in fields. The effect of 40mg/L AA120 on them were respectively 59.67%, 76.68%, 60.78% and 71.26% infields. The effect of 560mg/L Duojunling (pesticide) on them were respectively 66.00%, 89.64%, 36.73% and 69.89% in fields. Then through compre-hensive consideration of cost and the fields efficacy, we estimate that the best concentration of AA120 to control G. cingulata and V. pyrina is 50mg/L, to P. piricola and A. mali is 68mg/L.
