英文摘要采用茄腐镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)培养马铃薯茎线虫,在20℃黑暗条件下培养43d,直径9 cm的培养皿每皿活线虫总数平均为23,777条/皿;在25℃黑暗条件下培养周期43d,每皿一次可培养出46,000至72,000条线虫,平均60,777条.与Young和Seung的培养结果(10,000条/皿)[1]相比每皿多50,000条左右,而且培养的线虫聚集在培养皿盖上,方法简单,培养量大,含杂质少.; This paper reported an improved method to harvest a large number of Ditylenchus desturctor, pathogen of sweet potato rot disease, in laboratory condition. The nematode was cultured for 43d on colony of Fusarium solani at 20"Cunder darkness, leading to 23,777 nematodes reproduced per cover of Petri dish (dia. 9cm), at 25'C leading to 46,000-72,000 reproduced. Comparing wjth Young Ho Kim&. Seung Hwan Ohh's method, this method is not only more efficient but also more simple, and the nematodes gained is more clean because they moved into the inside of the Petri dishes cover and congregated together there.
