英文摘要詹心丽,厦门大学副校长,厦门大学妇女/性别研究与培训基地主任,主要从事高等教育管理、女性发展研究。石慧霞,教育史博士,厦门大学校友总会副秘书长,主要从事大学历史与文化、女性发展研究。; 【中文摘要】本文通过样本数据统计发现,女大学生在学业成绩、自立自强方面并不弱于男大学生,其教育满意度与男生无显著差异。然而,二者在工作满意度上差异显著,女生低于男生,且在相同教育满意度下,教育以外因素对女生工作满意度影响更大。研究进一步认为女生应端正自身心态、高校育人理念需融入社会性别意识、社会应着力构建和谐的性别文化观。 【Abstract】As the sample data statistics suggest,female college students are by no means inferior to male college students in terms of academic performance and self-reliance, and their education satisfaction shows no significant differences from that of male college students. However,there is a great difference between female college students and male college students as far as the job satisfaction is concemed.The job satisfaction of female college students is lower than that of male college students. With the same education satisfaction, the job satisfaction for female college students is dramatically affected by other factors besides education. The study goes much further, female college students are supposed to adjust their mentality ;social gender consciousness ought to be incorporated into the educational idea of universities;the harmonious gender culture should be constructed correspondingly.
