英文摘要	薛宁兰,中国社会科学院法学研究所研究员,主要研究方向为婚姻家庭法、妇女法、性别与法律问题。; 【中文摘要】2000年以来，社会性别概念在中国学术界逐渐获得认同，社会性别视角及分析方法成为学者研究妇女权益保障问题的重要工具。在性别与法律基本理论方面，学者们主要对社会性别概念、女权主义法学平等观做出阐释。还有相当多的论著就经济社会发展进程中突出的妇女/性别问题，如男女不同龄退休、职场性骚扰、家庭暴力立法等展开对策研究和行动研究，并推动国家和地方立法进程。中国以妇女权益保障为导向的性别与法律研究正在摆脱“幼稚”，走向“成熟”。 【Abstract】Since 2000 ,the concept of gender has started to get gradually recognized in Chinese academic circle. Gender analysis has become an important perspective and variable when scholars research on the protection of women,s rights. In terms of gender and basic theories of law, scholars mainly explain the conception of gender and the feminism's equal value in law. Emphases are also given to the countermeasure study and action research of prominent gender issues during the process of economic and social development,such as, the different retirement ages between men and women, sexual harassment in workplace and the legislation of domestic violence，aiming at the promotion of national and local legislation process. Gender and law studies oriented to the women's rights' protection in China is getting rid of its childishness and marching towards mature.
