| 英文摘要 | 吕光明,北京师范大学统计学院教授、博士生导师;李莹,北京师范大学统计学院博士研究生。; 【中文摘要】居民收入分配是社会科学研究中长期关注的一大主题。 在经济学中,收入分配持续动态表现为子代收入在多大程度上由父代收入决定,也就是代际收入弹性。 运用 CHNS1989—2011年九轮调查数据,进行适当的样本归并、测量误差修正和可比性调整等处理,可从纵向变动和横向异质性两个层面定量刻画中国居民收入代际弹性的变异特征,并估计分析了代际收入弹性变异对收入不平等变动的影响。研究发现:(1)中国居民代际收入弹性的纵向变动大体呈现出“M型”态势;(2)代际收入弹性在不同收入分布上存在异质性,低收入阶层的代际收入弹性显著高于高收入阶层;(3)代际收入弹性异质性对以方差表示的不平等解释力在波动中有轻微上升的趋势,2010 年前后的解释程度已接近40%。 【Abstract】Based on the collection of data from nine surveys in CHNS 1989-2011, and by merging appropriate samples, correcting measurement errors and adjusting comparability, this paper quantitatively describes the variational characteristics of intergenerational income elasticity (IIE) in China in terms of longitudinal changes and horizontal heterogeneity.The effect of IIE variation on the changes in income inequality was estimated and analyzed. The results show that: (1) IIE in China shows “M”-shaped longitudinal changes; (2) IIE exhibits heterogeneity in income distribution – the IIE of the low-income group is significantly higher than that of the high-income group; and (3) The income inequality, in terms of variance, can be partly explained by the IIE heterogeneity, and the explanatory power shows a slight upward trend in volatility, reaching close to 40% around 2010.
