英文摘要	【中文摘要】现有的关于会计信息质量与股权资本成本之间关系的经验研究并未形成一致的结论。本文以2004〜2013年的中国沪深两市A股9 370个公司年度样本为研究对象，以de Franco等（2011)可比性模型衡量公司层面的财务报告可比性，考察了2007年实施新会计准则后财务报告可比性的变化趋势，以及财务报告可比性与股权资本成本之间的相关关系。研究发现，2007年实施新会计准则后，上市公司的财务报告可比性呈现上升趋势，这表明，中国会计准则与国际会计准则的实质趋同显著提高了中国上市公司会计信息质量。在控制其他因素的情况下，财务报告可比性对股权资本成本产生了显著的负向影响。 因而，监管部门应当进一步加强与国际会计准则的持续趋同工作，以不断完善中国会计准则和提高中国上市公司的会计信息质量。 【Abstract】Using 9 370 firm-year observations from Chinese A-share listed firms over the period of 2004 to 2013 and adopting the method of de Franco et al. (2011) for measuring financial statement comparability of every firm , this paper examines the trend of financial statement comparability after the enforcement of new accounting standards in 2007 , and subsequently investigates the relationship between financial statement comparability and the cost of equity capital. The results show that the financial statement comparability is on the rise after the enforcement of new accounting standards in 2007. Further analysis shows that financial statement comparability has a significant negative impact on the cost of equity capital. As a result,the Chinese regulator should not only expedite continuous convergence of the Chinese accounting standards to the International Financial Reporting Standards, but also improve the Chinese accounting standards and increase the quality of accounting information of Chinese listed firms.; 国家社科基金一般项目“宏观经济政策、会计信息可比性及其经济后果研究”(15BGL068)
